Corralejo Villa - Terms and Conditions

Your booking is subject to the following terms and conditions. In making a booking you agree to the terms and conditions as set out below. w.

Payment Terms

A non refundable deposit of £100 per week for each week booked must be paid in order to secure your booking.

Full and final payment must be paid at least 8 weeks before your arrival. Failure to fulfil this request could result in your booking being cancelled.

Damages

A refundable breakages deposit of £100 must be paid with final payment. Your deposit will be refunded in full within 10 Working days of your return subject to a satisfactory result from inspection being carried out by our property management company after your departure.

You will be liable to cover the expense of any damage or breakages caused to the property or its contents during your stay. The cost of any breakages or damage will be recovered from your £100 breakages deposit and any remaining funds returned to you along with an itemised bill. Should the £100 deposit be insufficient to cover the cost of breakages or damage, we reserve the right to recover from you all monies required to return the property and its contents to its original condition.

Strictly No Smoking

Casa Rachanna is a strictly No Smoking or Vaping property. If it is considered that smoking has taken place within the property the refundable damages deposit will withheld by us as we then need to do a complete deep clean of all areas in order to make it once again comfortable for future guests.

Insurance

It is advisable to have adequate travel Insurance to cover you and all members of your party.

General

We reserve the right to cancel any bookings at our discretion. Circumstances which may lead to the cancellation of your booking includes failure to pay the outstanding balance including any breakages deposit when it is due or changes to the dates of your expected stay.

You have the right to cancel your booking with us.

In doing so you will be liable for the following charges:

Cancellation with more than 8 weeks notice before your expected arrival. We will return all monies paid with the exception of your £100 per week deposit (i.e 2 weeks booked = £200 deposit non refundable).

Cancellation with less than 8 weeks notice but more than 4 weeks notice before your expected arrival.

We will return 50% of monies paid (i.e 2 weeks booked at £560 per week (£1120 total) = £560 cancellation refund).

Cancellation with less than 4 weeks notice before your expected arrival. No refund will be made.

Access to the villa is from 3pm on the day of your arrival (unless otherwise agreed with us. No less than 48hrs before your arrival and subject to availability).

You must depart the property by 10-30am on the day of your departure (unless otherwise agreed with us in advance of your arrival and subject to availability).

We do not accept bookings from Hen or Stag Parties.

We are not responsible for the supervision of people or children in your party, this is unequivocally your responsibility. In making a booking with us to rent the property you acknowledge this responsibility as your responsibility. You also agree that you will take every step necessary to ensure your party and in particular the younger members / children will be properly supervised at all times.

The property is managed by a local property management company on our behalf.

They are your first point of contact and will do their utmost to deal with any issues or requirements that you may have. You will also have our contact details and are welcome to contact us directly, we do recommend that you in the first instance you contact the property management company. Collectively we will endeavour to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

We do ask you to consider that sometimes consumer products fail. If this is the case let us know at the earliest opportunity and we will endeavour to replace the item as soon as possible.
